Lincold scored early in their contest with RCB's girl's squad and lead 1-0 at halftime. In the second half, Brea Lathon outraced a Cougar defender and was found in the box. That found lead to an Ava Starkey penalty shot and it tied the game at 1-1. The score would remain even until under 17 minutes to play when the Cougars pulled away to reach the final margin.
